About Me.

 Hi! I’m Lisa Shaub — a certified wellness and behavior change coach with deep roots in Positive Psychology, mindfulness, and real-life experience helping thousands of people transform their habits. For over 17 years, I’ve coached women of all ages (including some pretty big names!) through the ups and downs of behavior change, especially around weight loss, mindset, and self-worth.

 

But these days I'm focused on something deeper:

helping men and women in midlife create sustainable routines that support their health span — not just how long they live, but how well they feel as they age.

Through science-backed strategies and heart centered coaching, I help you:

  • Build nourishing habits around food, movement, sleep, and stress

  • Navigate menopause and hormonal shifts with compassion and knowledge

  • Close the intention-action gap (aka doing the things you want to do!)

  • Embrace a mindset of growth, vitality, and self-trust
