About Me.
Hi! I’m Lisa Shaub. I’m a behavior change, health and wellness coach who is certified in Applied Positive Psychology, resilience training and in Meditation and Mindfulness. I have coached everyone from moms to CEO's to celebrities. As a Coach for Weightwatchers for 17 years, I was tapped to be Oprah Winfrey’s coach when she began her journey with the company, and over the course of many years had regular contact with her as her in person support. I’ve also had the great privilege to not only support CEO's and celebrities but people like myself, open and ready to make changes to become their best selves. As a behavior change expert, I specialize in helping people reach their goals.
I continue to seek out knowledge in the areas I find most interesting--longevity, aging well, nutrition and the best ways to move my body—as well as living a flourishing, joy-filled life. I’m excited to share my knowledge and experience with you.
I’ve appeared on Good Morning America, QVC, Good Day New York, Cheddar, over 20 local news and radio shows across the country, Sirius Radio and have been featured in print as an expert Coach in magazines including Newsweek and Health.
I recently made a big move from Manhattan to Brooklyn after 27 years and have had to tap into all of my own expertise in Positive Psychology, resilience and behavior change as I have navigated this new life experience.
